1) Unused products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping & handling charges).
2) Only one item in the order can be returned.
3) Items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
4) To initiate a return, email info@namswellness.com to receive a written return Authorization confirmation.
5) No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization confirmation by email.
6) Return Authorization confirmation is valid for 10 days only.
7) If the package is not received within the 10-day period, it will be rejected and ineligible for return.
8) Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receiving the returned package.
9) Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered an unauthorized return and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
10) Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
11) To return your product, you should send the product to NAMS WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED, 54-A, Palm Lane, Palm Grove, Heir, Airport Road, Amritsar – 143101, Punjab, India.
12) You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
13) For return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
14) In case your order was a COD, the bank account details for the transfer of the amount need to be shared with our customer care team on info@namswellness.com.
